EARLY CHECK-IN POLICY:
It will only be available subject to availability and prior reservation, and may incur an additional cost.
EARLY CHECK-OUT POLICY:
Vila Guial reserves the right to debit the total cost of the stay in case of early departure of the guest and without prior information (24 hours minimum). If the reservation is non-refundable, it is charged before arrival at the hotel and there will be no refund in case of early departure.
CHECK-OUT POLICY AFTER 12PM:
Always subject to request. Please contact reception at least 24 hours in advance. An additional fee may be associated with this service.

CHILDREN
Vila Guia provides cots free of charge, upon request and subject to availability.
Whenever you bring children with you, it is mandatory to always inform the children’s age in advance so that we can ensure availability and validate the best quote.

MINIMUM AGE POLICY:
To check in at the Hotel, the guest must be at least 18 years old.
PARKING LOT:
Vila Guia has private parking space for clients and guests. We advise you to leave your vehicle locked.
Vila Guia is responsible for damages caused to third parties, theft or robbery occurring with vehicles.
SMOKE:
Smoking is prohibited throughout the house, especially in the bedroom. In accordance with the accommodation’s policy, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee of €300.00/incident if this rule is not complied with. Outside you will find suitable places to smoke.
BOOKING POLICY:
All reservations, with the exception of themed programs, only include accommodation, other services will have an additional cost.
DAMAGE CAUSED OR MISSING OBJECTS:
Vila Guia reserves the right to charge any damages that are intentionally caused by the customer.
